Unit releases cool air in heat mode

During heat mode, unit will exhaust cold air through the vent hose.

• Make sure exhaust hose is installed correctly.
• If the unit is blowing cold air into the room, the outside temperature may be too cold for proper operation.
• The room temperature may be higher than the set temperature. Reset the temperature.

If problem persists, heating unit may be defective. Call customer service for assistance.
