Water droplets coming out of air outlet

Depending on the humidity of your location, water can accumulate at different rates. Some moisture is released through the exhaust, some of the excess water is re-evaporated into the room and excess is released through the drain hole.
We recommend using a drain hose for continuous draining. Refer to instruction manual for drain hose use & installation.

• Check if water drain is connected and working properly.
• As water condenses during the cooling process, excess moisture accumulates in the collection tank.
• Make sure a drain hose is properly installed on the back of the unit. Place the open end in a container, drain or outdoors.
• Make sure there are no kinks or bends in the hose.
