Water leaking from bottom of unit

There are a number of issues that could be causing the unit to leak water. Please see below.

• Check if floor is level. If unit is uneven or unlevel, water could be leaking from drain. Make sure all wheels are attached properly. Make sure unit is not resting on other items that may cause tilting.
• Empty water container. Check if water drain is connected and working properly.
• As water condenses during the cooling process, excess moisture accumulates in the collection tank. Depending on the humidity of your location, water can accumulate at different rates. Some moisture is released through the exhaust, some of the excess water is re-evaporated into the room and excess is released through the drain hole.
• Make sure a drain hose is properly installed on the back of the unit. Place the open end in a container, drain or outdoors.
