Dryer - Laundry is not completely dry

• Verify the presets used of ‘TIMER’, ‘MODE’, and ‘SENSOR DRY’.
• Clean the filter.
• Unit may be overloaded.
  • Reduce the laundry load in the dryer.
  • Do not overload the dryer.
• Dryer load is not properly sorted.
  • If one heavy item is dried with a lightweight load, such as one towel with sheets, it is possible that the heavy item will not be completely dry when the rest of the load has reached the selected dryness level.
  • Sort heavy items from lightweight items for best drying results.
• Add drying times to dry items further in timed drying mode for 10+ minutes.
• Ensure the items are not knotted or bulked together.
• Load may be out of balance.
  • Redistribute load and run rinse and spin cycle.
• The dryer is not located in a properly ventilated area.
• For Washer/Dryer Combo:
  • Make sure your washer’s spin cycle is extracting water properly.
  • Check drain hose.
