The REPLACE FILTER light is still illuminated after replacing the filter

The filter was not installed correctly or the filter was not reset by pressing the REPLACE FILTER button.
Make sure the filter was installed properly with the plastic bag removed. After installing the filter press the REPLACE FILTER indicator light for 3-5 seconds, depending on the model.
