Air quality indicator, if available, is always red

*For models with an Air Quality Indicator light

• There is a source of pollution near the air purifier such as smoke from a cigarette or vape pen.
  
  • After operating the air purifier for a period of time, the air quality indicator will change color when the air quality improves.
• The particle sensor may be clogged with dust or other debris.
• Wipe the particle sensor and make sure there is no dust or debris obstructing it.
