Noise when unit is cooling / Unit is vibrating

Air movement sound is normal. If too loud, set unit to a slower FAN setting.
Window vibration could be caused by poor installation. The unit may be loose on the window sill. Refer to installation instructions in your manual or check with installer to ensure proper set-up.
