Not cooling enough

• Cooling pad is not sufficiently saturated with water. Operate unit for 2-3 minutes to make sure the cooling pad becomes saturated with water. If High speed was selected, the unit will operate on Medium speed until the cooling pad is saturated and will automatically revert back to High speed operation.
• The water in the tank is not cool and may be too warm. Use the included ice packs to cool water after the ice packs have been successfully frozen in a freezer for sufficient cooling.
